Booking conditions

Each confirmed reservation and visit to 7 Lakes Camping is taken as acceptance of our camping rules and booking conditions set out below.

1. We only require booking in the following scenarios:
   - In case of a group visits of 3+ motorhomes, campervans or tents
   - For a stay of 4+ nights
   - During national holidays (minimum stay of two nights)
   Otherwise, no booking is required and guests are accommodated on arrival, subject to availability on the day.
2. In the event of discounts being granted by the camping and subject to the conditions attached thereto, guests are only entitled to take advantage of one offer.
3. 7 Lakes Camping may refuse access to individuals or groups who have broken the camping rules on their previous visit.
4. We encourage you to read our camping rules. The camping reserves the right to terminate your stay if you violate the terms of the rules.
5. We require that all minors (under 18) be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their entire stay at 7 Lakes Camping. Any booking made by or for minors without an adult accompanying person will be automatically cancelled.
6. Updates on the prices of the services offered at the camping and the conditions for their use are possible at any time. The price communicated in relation to a booking already confirmed is final and is not affected by any changes to the price list.

   *Filling out the form constitutes a reservation request. The request is considered confirmed only after a staff member at 7 Lakes Camping confirms it via email or phone.

2. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with details about your stay, dates, and payment terms.  
3. A reservation becomes final after payment of any required deposit, if specified. The remaining balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed. All bank charges shall be borne by you.
4. If deposit is required, it must be paid within 2 working days after the reservation request; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
5. All advertised rates are in BGN/EUR and can be paid in cash, by debit/credit card or by bank transfer.

To make changes to your dates of stay or to cancel your booking, please email info@7lakescamping.com. If you need to modify the dates of your originally requested stay, the following conditions apply:

1. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit shall be refunded upon request and in full only when the cancellation request is made 10 days prior to the agreed arrival date.
2. In the event of a cancellation notice less than 10 days prior to the agreed arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the deposit and in the event of cancellation less than 5 days prior to the agreed arrival date, your deposit will remain in favour of the camping.
3. The camping will deduct the full amount of the deposit when the guest fails to turn up for their booking and therefore fails to notify reception of their intentions. In this case, the accommodation pitch you have booked will not be retained.
4. In the event of a communicated late arrival or early departure (e.g. illness, bad weather etc.) you will be charged 50% of the price of the days you have indicated but not used.
5. We will be happy to extend your stay but ask for your understanding that this is not always possible. We will do our best to make sure you stay in the same place, but the camping cannot guarantee this.

Requests for specific or adjacent camping pitches will be considered as far as possible, but we have no practice of guaranteeing these and it is not a condition of booking. At the time of check-in you will have the opportunity to choose your pitch from those available, and according to your category preference.

Check-in time is after 12:00 noon. Check-out time is noon on the day of your departure. For the premium pitch users, the check-out time is 02:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are only possible by prior arrangement and according to the occupancy of the camping area.

Extended stays beyond the established departure time will be charged at a fixed rate of 25 BGN/€ 12.80, and a full overnight rate will be charged for departures after 06:00 pm.

Check-in shall be between 09:00 am - 07:00 pm, every Friday during the summer period we have extended opening hours. Accommodation outside these hours requires prior arrangement.
